TSH 11.3 mU/L is too high. When one is on treatment with adequate dosage of levothyroxine, TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. Then all the symptoms related to hypothyroidism are in complete check. So you will have to increase the dosage by 12.5 mcg to (50 + 12.5 = 62.5 mcg) to 62.5 mcg per day.
