Therefore, one has to take the supplementation for lifetime. Your tsh is within normal limit because of th...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
TSH 1.86 mU/L during the 28 th week is absolutely fine level. There is really no reason to increase the dosage of thyroxine, because the recommended rangeof TSH is 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. Thanks.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism.
1. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. 2. No, there is no natural way. You have to increase the dose and continue it under supervision of a Physician.

Please do not self-medicate. I prefer to prescribe compounded thyroids containing both T3 as well as T4 (Thyronorm/Eltroxin only contains T4, which is the inactive form.)
It is equally important to check and treat other metabolic and hormonal imbalances that are commonly associated with Hypothyroidism.

It is not usually due to thyroxine. There is a fair chance for you to have irritable bowel syndrome. Consult a gastro if problems persist.
