Your suffering from hypothyroidism. The only treatment is thyroid hormone replacement in the form of thyronorm or eltroxin. Few additional tips you can follow is always take thyronorm on empty stomach early in the morning and do not consume any form of solids or liquids in the form of coffee or juice for a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes after having thyroid medication. Thyroxine is NOT banned or prohibited in Qatar.
Having said that, I strongly recommend that you carry a genuine prescription by the treating doctor with you along with the meds.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Congenital hypothyroidism will have to treated with adequate dose of Levothyroxine for life. There is no reason to worry if adequate dosage is given & TSH is maintained within specified range. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Since you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, it is necessary to maintain tsh around 3 to 4 mu/l. That value is not mentioned. If you want to take aswhagandha, that can be taken. But after a gap of few hours of taking thyroxine tablets. Quantity is usually mentioned in the product literature. Thanks.
