Hello, Thanks for the query.
Based on the information given it appears that you will have to continue the same dosage of Levothyroxine. Ideally TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check. The treatment with Levothyroxine is for lifetime.
Please clarify what do you mean by "Now I have swelling in my body"? WHere is the swelling? Has the weight increased? Is there any change in the thyroid gland size? Thanks.

Shortness of breath may be unrelated to hypothyroidism
you need to get a pft spirometry to ascertain whether you have obstructive or restrictive airway disease.
If any of this disease is detected on pft then further investigation can be done for evaluation of chest for the final cause of breathlessness.
Do you have any history of allergy to dust smoke animal dander, cold cloudy weather increases breathlessness.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
When you are taking adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, then TSH does come in the range of 3 to 4 mU/L. If it is not normal means current dosage is not enough. Needs to be increased. Thanks.
