Spots on skin may be secondary to acne, sun damage, chicken pox and many more reasons. You need different depigmenting creams for clearance and maintainence. Also you should use a sunscreen regularly. The choice of creams depends on your skin type and pigmentation type. Donot self medicate and consult a dermatologist.

The glutathione pills are safe to consume in long run. Chances of any adverse reaction on using this medication are rare. Commonly reported side effects if any, are weight gain, chest pain, diarrhea, fever, flushing and loose stools.
