You should not take glutathione without supervising doctor. When you visit doctor he/she can advice after your examination, health history, family history etc. Doctor will advice dose, repeatation, mode of treatment etc. Standard dose is 20-40 mg/ kg. Glutathione and vitamin C tablets are available in chemist retail outlets. Now a days it is also available on line like one can purchase them through amazon etc. I would surely recommend them to be eaten once prescribed by the doctor, as Glutathione reduces the level of zinc in your body, which is a very important mineral for healthy hair growth in females.
