I am 26 year old boy suffering from general anxiety disorder. Doctor gave me Olanzapine 5 mg at night and dothiepin 75 mg .is this a good medicine I also suffering from ibs.

Olanzepine is an antipsychotic medication . Generally not used for anxitety. Dithipin is an antidepressant that will take care of both anxiety and IBS. Not able to comment on the prescription as i need little elaborative history

I am 26 year old boy. I take optromol 50 mg twice a day for last 10 week. The improvement is 40 %.I am suffering from GAD anxiety. Doctor add dothip 50 mg. Doctor said that optromol is week medicine so it can't give you full improvement. In how many weeks anxiety cure with dothiepin 50 mg.

If there is improvement with dothiapin, its dose can be increased further. After adequate dose, it may take around 4 to 6 weeks for its full effect. You will have to consult a psychiatrist for this. It there is no improvement, other anti anxiety medicines can be tried.

Then why creatine increasing like this. 20 days before I was took concor 2.5 for bp. And my doctor changed concor2. 5 to lostat 25 mg. To reduce creatine .but still always varying my creatinine level. please give me a solution. Why like this.

Firstly learn that depression is normal. Anyone can have that.
If your depression is of high level, try to visit a psycologist. Yes I have done that too, but just for few months, as I figured out her fees was 500 bucks everytime I visited her. But ignore the fees, as it might be helpful to you.

Hi, I am 50 years of age. I am Software Architect. 12 years back I was prescribed Imipramine HCL75 mg from AIIMS. Then, I was taking Dothiepin 75 mg for last 10 years which was affecting my alertness and cognitive abilities (Memory, Concentration, processing speed ) and thereby hampering my professional life. A Psychiatrist prescribed Escitalopram 10 mg tapering off Prothiedine. I feel moderate pain (as in inflammation) all over my head due to which I can do a little work and feeling loss of interest in work and anything and feel less sexual sensation which were intense prior to this medication.
