Theolar 10 MG Tablet Health Feed

I have been prescribed betacap tr 40 twice a day and zapiz. 5 mg twice a day years ago, I think more than 15 years back, by a neurosurgeon for my anxiety and tremors. My problems started improvements within days as told by the doctor. But I didn't / couldn't take it regularly due to my alcohol problems. Now I restarted the said medicines through my cghs doctors. But they're giving ciplar la 40 in place of betacap tr 40 as betacap is not available in cghs hospitals. Now my question is that whether I should take ciplar la 40 once in a day or twice a day? Earlier a psychiatrist also prescribed me ciplar la 40 once a day in place of betacap tr 40. Will the once a day ciplar la 40 will be as effective as betacap tr 40 or shall I take ciplar la 40 twice a day?

Betacap tr 40 and ciplar la 40 are the same medicine and it is good for anxiety and tremors however if you are continuing with alcohol which of course increases anxiety though initially reduces it then it is acting against each other
you need to see a psychiatrist who will help you with the dose of medicine as well as to come off alcohol.

I was taking inderal 10 mg twice a day for many years along with pristiq 50 mg and amlokind 2.5 for my anxiety problem. I managed to stop pristiq 7 months before with the help of anxiety management techniques. Now I am trying to stop my inderal 10 mg tablet also. Since I am taking only 10 mg twice a day and this is the least available dosage in the market I think I can stop it immediately without reducing any dosage. I trust I can cope up with the anxiety with the management techniques which I have learned. Please advice whether I can stop the inderal 10 mg.

Presently at night take nexito 10 mg, betacap 20 mg, qutan 25 mg, at daytime nexito 5 mg, betacap 20 mg. To avoid daytime sadness doctor advised me to nexito 10 mg at daytime. Is this treatment effective? Physiological counselling is going on too.

You are on many drugs which maybe interacting with each other to make you uncomfortable. Better to do serum sodium levels and ecg, then take another opinion.

Your information is correct. Inderal is used for treatment of many disorders including high bp. Ask your Dr. whether it was prescribed for palpitations anxiety headaches, tremor, ectopic, whatever. Inderal is used for many other less common problems as well.

Hi harsh nagoria sir, doctor has suggested betacap tr 80 to take in the morning and telma 40 after 6 hours of taking betacap 80. One is for increasing anxiety/ heartbeat and the other for increasing blood pressure. Can I follow this? What's your advise? Please suggest.

Health Query

Every time I eat I get felling anxious with pulse rate of around 120 which sometimes goes beyond 120 (highest goen 180, mostly happens when I am seating or lying which gets better when I stand up and starts walking. My doctor says you are over thinking and gave inderal la 20 mg tablets. Which helps me in lowing down my pulse but sometime I feel weired (like nervousness between my chests and throat )even when my pulse is perfectly normal i.e. Around 70 -75. I have gerd and allergic rhinitis also is this due to any of these conditions or it is a heart related or its anxiety only. As I have done ecg which is normal. This happens for around 10 months every day and whole day. When I wake up I am perfectly alright but after breakfast it starts and remains for the day until a take pill of inderal la, which I usually prefer to take at night so that I can sleep. Kindly help in this regards.
