Do you have any family history of asthma. Asthma is the cause for it. Instead of foracort take salbutamol based inhalers that will help you out and do nebulatsation with foracort and nebzmart g twice a day. That is helpful to you. For detailed treatment take teleappointments.

Dear lybrate-user,
The interaction will not be fatal or dangerous. It is undesirable since you may need more dose to counteract the side-effect (alertness) of theophylline in tea. For the effect of lifting depression, you may need less dose of antidepressant. These are theoretical - practically please observe and report to your psychiatrist. She/he will adjust the dose.

You can use deriphyllin retard 300 tablet .Theophylline is used to prevent and treat wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness caused by asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and other lung diseases. It relaxes and opens air passages in the lungs, making it easier to breathe. Liver disease not its side effect

Asthma can usually be managed with rescue inhalers to treat symptoms (salbutamol) and controller inhalers that prevent symptoms (steroids). Severe cases may require longer-acting inhalers that keep the airways open (formoterol, salmeterol, tiotropium), as well as inhalant steroids.
