back pain and bulging disc needs to be treated first. Lidocaine patches can reduce pain but its a temporary relief. Root cause needs to be treated.

Hi these patches are just type of lain relivers. It won't have any effect on the disc bulge and it won't get treated. These are temporary measures for your pain. If the disc bulge is severe and compressing on nerve which will then cause pain and weakness in legs then you need to get treated with surgery or start with physiotherapy first.

Hello-
yes it is ok for the first time but do not use it again on repeated basis. It is a anaesthetic gel (and not a lube for sex) that only cuts the frictional pain sensation during sex. So it will not be good for your partner and for you too. Its best to use other water based lubes.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
