- follow some lifestyle measures for your problem:
- avoid fried, processed & fatty foods especially those containing trans fats

when braces is advised it is never that only two teeth are realigned . the overall correction is done ..depending on the space available or not available in arch .. you need to either show your clinical picture .. so that assessment can be done for braces .. or if you are not interested to go for long procedure .. you may go for full coverage crowns in upper two incisor s which. have undergone .. root canal treatment..
