Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and recheck your lipid profile after three months and follow up with reports.

- Your total cholesterol is high should be ideally below 200 mg% & Hdl has to be raised above 40 mg%
- follow some dietary precautions:

Hello,
Practice diet control first before opting for hypolipidemic drugs. Avoid oily spicy fried , fast foods and cut down on fats. Drink 4-5 litres of water daily and practice brisk walking daily in eve for 45 min.
