There are various modalities of treatment for acne which is advised according to the grade of acne. Both topical (like clindymycin/ adapalene/ benzol peroxide etc) and oral (like azithromycin/doxycycline etc) are available for acne (but to prescribed by a dermatolgist after proper examination) avoid sun exposure, avoid oily foods.
