Hello-
Firstly Tadafil is a symptomatic drug and not a treatment for ED. Secondly pregnancy depends upon the sexual well being of both the partners. If supposing that your partner is healthy, you must be facing some issues in sperm count as your have a history of weak erection. Its best to quit Tadafil and start something safe for both erection and fertility. There are very d=good aphrodisiac meds in ayurveda that can solve both of your issues.

Hello-
The improvement in Erection is also temporary. Tadafil also wont work after sometime. The reason being symptomatic treatment of the issue, without addressing the cause behind it. It is just like taking Painkiller with knowing the cause.

Sildenafil perse I usually don't recommend because its a temporary feeling of erection and at that time it can cause headache and flushed feeling of the body resulting in restlessness and if taken for many occasions than it can cause penile ulceration and main thing is that you might get dependent on viagra lifelong.

Hi. Both tazzle and vigra belong to same group of medications.
First of all both are used for ED.
They increase blood circulation to your penis by causing vasodilatation.
It's safe. No problem. Only thing is because vasodilatation happens everywhere in the body, some may have haedaches the next day.
