Hello! my younger sister is 20 years old and have pcos, she was taking tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablets and revici 5 ml injection (orally) means she was instructed to drink it because she continuously bleeding for 2 months and more last year but that time it worked for one time only. And had lots of breakout on forehead and than we went to homeopathic also and it worked but now again she is facing same problem mensuration lasting more than a month we brought her allopathic medicine again it was that revici and all. Just need some consult as we can't go out much at this period of pandemic. Her weight is fine acc to her age do exercise as well, taking anti diabetic diet.

Bleeding heavily is an emergency so you have to visit a gynecologist in person or others as send to doctor to get an ultrasound scan to know what exactly is happening inside based on which we can give you and treatment just taking medicines to stop the bleeding is not the treatment as we need to target the cause of the bleeding.

I had a medical abortion. On 11 april I took first pill and on 13 april I took another 4 pills and I started bleeding on 14 april morning. Thn after 8-9 days bleeding has stopped. But after 2 days I started bleeding again. Bleeding is not heavy. On 29 april I have done a ultrasound and my gynecologist said that everything is fine no retained products. She prescribed me tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablets to stop bleeding but they didn't work and today it's 17th day and I am still bleeding. What should I do now? Bleeding is light but not stopping.

Hi, if bleeding is light, you can wait for 1-2 days. Some will have slight bleeding for 10-15 days after taking the pills. As scan is normal and no retained products. You can wait. If bleeding is very heavy. You need to consult a gynaecologist.

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

Its not safe
It causes thrombosis and stoke because of it. only if indicated and that too for a shorter duration is allowed.

I am 30 years and I am in 7th week of 1st trimester ,last transvaginal sonography was done two days ago and fetus seem with 120 bpm but was having red fibre discharge, no bleeding in urination though ,but today I feel like decently n gon 2 to three times in the afternoon, also I am taking pause tablet ,and needful, folic acid and progesterone tablet as told by doctor, is it common to have loose motion while using these medicines? I m so worriedly. Please suggest.

loose stools may not because of tablets.
Ask ur doctor if u can stop pause tablet as u r not bleeding now

My mother is 64 years old. She is undergoing treatment for vertigo from last 2 days. She Suffers High BP and is Diabetic. Today morning when she woke up she started vomit Blood With Cough. She almost vomit 70 to 100 ml of blood with cough. Taken to hospital. They gave 3 injection and asked to do few tests. She was fine after an hour. Tests reports: Glucose Fasting - 180. BP: 180/100. X ray Chest normal. She has been advised to take following medicines: 1. etamsylate and tranexamic acid tablets. 2. Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate tablets. 3. azithromycin tablet. 4. Cough syrup. Please advice what to do.

Frank blood from mouth or blood tinged sputum, both are different if it is blood tinged sputum is coming than the treatment you are taking is right but if frank blood is coming through mouth than you need to go for gut endoscopy.

Hi I have undergone D&C about 15 months ago. After that I have been getting periods regularly but spotting before my period for 2-3 days. I have undergone all the test like thyroid, blood and uterus check and everything is normal except the fact that I have hormonal imbalance, so recently doctor suggested taking Deviry 10 mg tablet for 21 days after my period ends. Today is my 13 day I am currently on these tablets and experiencing little spotting since day 3, so went to doctor again she told me to have Tranexamic Acid tablet 500 mg for three times a day, currently along with Deviry. But very light spotting still continues. I am confused what to do or not. When will spotting finally stop and why very light spotting is occurring when I am taking Deviry Would there be any problem in conceiving in future?

Sometimes Deviry dose needs to be increased and sometimes more days of Deviry brings about breakthrough bleeding more so if started early after periods. Only your examining doctor can decide and advise either to stop or to increase dose.

Hello doctor. I'm a 21 year old female. I was suffering from intermenstural bleeding for the past two months. I was examined by my gynic, and was informed it as normal. My USG was also normal. To regularise my cycle, krimson 35 was prescribed. But, I took them on my menses (for 5 days) and found them to be taken on after completing my menses. So I stopped. Now, it has been 11 days since my menses is on. And still continues. I'm talking tranexamic acid to decrease the flow since yesterday night. But it's still is on. I'm feeling weak and tired. Can you help me please.

Starting and then stopping Krimson 35 cause such hormonal imbalance and if not much just don't do anything. If required meet Gynecologist who had prescribed you drugs.

I had the episode of uti post intercourse like the second day symptoms started of burning micturition and dysuria so took ofloxacin 200 mg for 7 days cue and culture were normal after this course but after 5 days burning micturition, dysuria with severe hematuria started and sample collected the same day showed pus cells, rbc, protein + so now taking levofloxacin 500 mg od and tranexamic acid bd why has my infection not resolved inspite of taking ofloxacin for 7 days?

Hi doc! I had d and c on 21 oct 2020 at 12 weeks. After d and c for 5 days I had spotting after five days I had bleeding with clots I visited gync she gave me tranexamic acid tablet bleeding reduce for some days I had light spotting since my abortion til now bleeding has not stopped completely. From past 15 dys im having heavy bleeding. Again I visited one more gyn she took ultra sound she told me that im having normal uterus with atrophic endometrium and pcod. She gave dicynone tablet fr five days. Evn take those tablets my bleeding did not stop. What can I do to stop bleeding. Should I take progesterone only pill.

Hi in case of atrophic endometrium you need to be supported with estrogens first and then go for progestrone. Contact directly for the prescription.
You need to start this therapy as soon as possible to avoid asherman syndrome.
