Can I have trying for 20 days i.e 3 times a day? I was suffering from heavy bleeding for last 20 days. Doctor suggested me to have this tablet. But the bleeding didn't stop completely. But the moment I started having birth control pills. The bleeding completely stopped. Also I am taking feriliv xt. What should I do. Should I stop taking trenaxa? Please provide your valuable suggestions.

always do and ultrasonic examination to know the endometrial thickness in the reason behind so much bleeding after which doctor will describe a particular medicine to stop it. Trapic tablets if it is used in a long running can cause stroke or thrombus which can cause heart attacks as well

You have to use tapering dose of regesterone tablets. First 5 days 3 times daily
second 5 days 2 times daily
third 5 days once daily. On stopping the tabs after 15dys you must have normal periods.

Hi I am 28 year old male. I am suffering from melasma on my face. before 3 years I used many triple combination cream after that I did consult a dermatologist he prescribed skin lightening cream like black and kromalite and I tablet OD of tranexamic acid 500 mg for 6 months. I take complete treatment but I did not seen effective results but yes little bit benefit done. Please suggest me effect treatment about it.

Hey lybrate-user, the treatment taken by you is absolutely correct. Only additions needed are- sunscreen every 3 hours as sun plays a major role in melasma, add a multivitamin + antioxidant and go for chemical peels for melasma every 15-20 days for 4-6 sessions or more if needed. You will get good results.

Hi doctor my wife is 8th month pregnant. All of a sudden her nose is bleeding since 4 days yesterday onwards she is feeling like she has a cold nd whenever she blows bloody mucus is coming whole day. When we met gymic she prescribed antibiotic cefpodoxime proxetil 200& tranexamic acid tablets for 5 days. After using this now she is feeling better. But somewhere I have read cefpodoxime is not recommended during pregnancy. Please suggest is it safe to take. I am more worrying about this thanks in advance.

Cefpod oxime proxetil 200 this is safe in pragnancy but you should find out the cause for nasal bleeding.

I have a problem of constipation so I stopped his medications 2 days ago. It aggravated and I put a lot of pressure yesterday evening.
