Hi. Mouth ulcer is a multifactorial problem. Thats means could be because of many reasons. What I would suggest to have 1. Vimanin B complex like Becozinc once daily for one month 2. Use Dologel CT ointment directly on the ulcer twice or thrice a day till you get the relief 3. If you consume dairy product a lot stop taking it. That means stop consuming milk product. I hope it will help.

most probably your problem is aphthous ulcers-
the actual cause is unknown and hence many symptomatic and supportive treatments are used. Taking vitamin b complex ;vitamin c suppliments is helpful. Gargling twice daily with warm saline with little dexamethasone powder and taking tetracycline cap 250 mg three times daily for 5 days also is useful.
Gargling with mouthwash or curd is of some benefit .supplimenting intestinal flora and antacids for hyperacidity ,if any...more
