Start taking lots of fruits and vegetables. (green leafy vegetables have a good source of iron ). Try to eat grains and pulses which are natural (unpolished ). You can also take a few nuts and other dry fruits which can provide various types of vitamins and minerals. If needed you can also take a short course of suppliments (iron and vitamin supplements ). Do exercise everyday to keep yourself fit and energetic. Please revert after a few weeks.
