Hello.
There are many causes of increased prolactin level but it is mandatory to get contrast mri of pituitary gland done once prolactin is more than 100 to rule out pituitary microadenoma or pituitary macroadenoma.
At the same time other causes of increased prolactin (medications, thyroid dysfunction, liver dysfunction) need to be ruled out. Treatment with cabergolin need to be started.

Hello . Yes taking hormone based pills can cause amenorrhea for time being . Apart from this many other factors , like any kind of stress , dietary changes , or any other kind of heath issues can also causes amenorrhea. If it persists for long , then you can consult me through private questions.

According to Mayo Medical Laboratories, normal levels of estradiol (E2) for menstruating women range from 15 to 350 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL). For postmenopausal women, normal levels should be lower than 10 pg/mL. As our level is increased you need gynec check up and of course you can take supplements to reduce excessive estrogen and note the effect.

Consume fresh fruits and juices carrot, grape, etc. Coconut water in after noon.
Avoid fried, spicy and pungent food.
