It could be hereditary.
It could be due to thyroid problems it could be due to electrolytes imbalance.
It could be due to anxiety as well.
It could also be idiopathic that is there is no plausable explanation for some lf these cases.

Birthweight usually doubles by 5 months. As he was a premature baby his weight gain is more than adequate. Lf you are breastfeeding it's fine otherwise you can feed him top feeds around 150ml once in 3 -4 hours.

Generally speaking: 4th generation -- conclusive after 4 weeks (some say at 6).
3rd generation -- conclusive after 8 weeks (some would say 6+ weeks)
2nd generation -- conclusive after 10 - 12 weeks. The tests that could be deemed conclusive are 3rd generation tests and certainly 4th generation tests at 8 weeks. You should now get him vaccinated by triple or quadruple vaccine. Both these contain tetanus vaccine.

If you have received 2 dose of TT injections during pregnancy then you need not take another injection of TT .if you haven't received ttinjectio then you should get yourself injected.
