Depends on your last tetanus shot. If you have completed tetanus shots in the last 10 years then you don't need one. If not, I wud advice you to get one. However, observe your dog to avoid any complications.

Yes.
You need full course if you have not previously ever gotten full course.
If you have taken full course and last booster shot was 6 months ago then you don't need vaccinated.
Although there is no contradiction if you still want a booster.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Rust doesn't cause tetanus, but stepping on a nail might if you're not immunized. In fact, any damage to the skin, even burns and blisters, allows tetanus-causing bacteria to enter the body. Tetanus is not as common as it once was. Still, tetanus patients have only about a 50-50 chance of recovering.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

If the cat is immunised properly no need of antirabies vaccination. If not wash the area thoroughly with soap and with flowing tap water for 20 mins and take full course of anti rabies vaccination as early as possible. Do not cover the wound with anything (band aid ,leucoplast etc)

The single injection by tt induces the immunity production by the body and helps you against tetanus, you need to take it until after on year as you are already immunised well.

You do not need a second tt now as were wounded by a nail. Please understand that is not the rusty nail that is the culprit in tetanus but it is the depth of wound where anaerobic tetanus bacteria an inhabit.
