I am sure you must have seen the ingredients of both these tablets. There is hardly any difference as glycomet trio 2 contains voglibose 0.2 mg & the other tablet has voglibose 0.3 mg. So there is hardly any difference. Both tablets have similar effect. Most important is you should be able to maintain your fbg < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. You need to follow certain natural norms to lower down your BP apart from medication.
