Have you checked B12/folate/Homocysteine level and Estrogens progesterone levels.

Normal blood testosterone is 3-10 ng/ml. If your testosterone is low follow the advice given below
1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily,
2. Reduce weight if you are over weight
