Hi, ulcer is not always cancerous. It may be due to trauma, vitamin deficiency, stress, sharp tooth, etc. So don't get stressed. Drink more water. Apply Dologel ct thrice daily.

you do not need to worry right away White patches are little away from normal conditions but they are mostly not dangerous
In very few case if you experience sign like burning sensation or inability to open you mouth due to fibrous tissue formation in them then a further involvement is required However in these situations also these patches becoming cancer is not always certain.
