Allergic rashes could be due to existing fungal infection or terbinafine. What are the rashes like? Are they itchy do they disappear on their own without any treatment and then come back again? It could even be worsening of fungal infection as resistance to treatment is very common.

there are many ayurvedic medicines for this purpose like ras manikya ras...gandhak rasayan....panchnimbadi churna....panchtikta ghrit guggul...arogya vardhini vati...khadirarishta....marichyadi oil...pranacharya B clean syrup..take these medicines by consulting with a good ayurvedic doctor

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week)
2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area
4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene
7. Consult for further advice

have to use a course of tablets and creams for that to heal completely and permanently improve personal hygiene bath twice daily wear fresh cloths after bath reduce inner wear to increase ventilation to that area change towel frequently use seperate antifungal soap

Apply surfaz sn ointment daily at night. Use use candid powder daily after bath for one month, it will help you.
