Continue the same. It should help her cough.
Use Saline nasal drops at night
make her sleep with her head at a higher position (use extra pillows)
Give her steam inhalation.

Your baby may feel drowsy from the side effect of wikoryl and not hhh linctus. Hh linctus-ex expectorant is a combination of three medicines: ambroxol, guaifenesin, and terbutaline, which relieves cough with mucus. If she is allergic to any vaccines taken in the past, she should absolutely avoid the vaccine. With these allergies she can go ahead. However she has to mention at the centre that she is allergic to these medications and foods. They will have to be on standby incase of an allergic reaction. Good luck. The medicine is found to have slight risk in pregnancy but in your case the benefits outweigh the risk as your cough if not improved can be more harmful to the baby. Continue with the advice and also take saline gargles or steam inhalation.
