Hello sir. Swelling in the lids can be benign like chalazion, stye, cyst or in rare cases, can be cancerous too. An eye doctor will like to further examine you in details for the diagnosing your swelling. Don't give ascoril for common cold. It contains terbutaline, and will increase herat rate. Use only simple cough remedies like benadryl cough formula, which contains only diphenhydramine and ammoniumchloride.

in majority of cases , it is totally treatable, you need counseling , need change in life style, leave smoking, avoid alcohol, keep your bp and sugar level under control, reduce your wt, go for morning walk for 1 hr, do exercise regularly,you will be alright, it will help. Thanks
