The causes of ringworm

Ringworm is a common fungal skin infection otherwise known as tinea. Ringworm most commonly affects the skin on the body (tinea corporis), the scalp (tinea capitis), the feet (tinea pedis, or athlete's foot), or the groin (tinea cruris, or jock itch).

Most important thing for preventing recurrence of fungal infection is maintain proper hygeine.
1.) keep your clothes, towels, napkins separate from other family members or room-mates.
2.) do not use other person's clothes or towels and don't share your clothes with anyone else.
3.) wear loose cotton clothes.
4.) keep all your inner garments very dry.
