There are several treatment options for an enlarged prostate. You can take alpha-blockers such as terazosin (hytrin) or tamsulosin (flomax) to help relax the prostate and bladder muscles. You can also take dutasteride (avodart) or finasteride (proscar), a different kind of medication for reducing bph symptoms.

Hello-
Men who take alpha-blockers such as dynapres and terazosin (Hytrin) may experience decreased ejaculation. This is because alpha-blockers relax the bladder and prostate muscle cells. Alpha reductase inhibitors can also cause ED.

You need to stop it and have to start aphrodisiac herbs ASAP to reduce its harmful effects on your body.

No it’s bph. Which is age related. Nothing to worry. But you have not mentioned symptoms. Moreover bph is not the cause of back pain. They are both different issues. Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.

Hello-
Some drugs used to treat BPH (prostate enlargement) can cause difficulty in maintaining an erection. Men who take alpha-blockers such as doxazosin (Cardura) and terazosin (Hytrin) may experience decreased ejaculation. This is because alpha-blockers relax the bladder and prostate muscle cells. Alpha reductase inhibitors can also cause ED.
Its best to start ayurveda to counter the effect of such drugs on your reproductive health.
