About Terapress 1Mg Tablet

Terapress 1Mg Tablet is a medicine that belongs to a group of drugs known as alpha-adrenergic. It helps to enhance the blood flow by relaxing veins and arteries. It also helps to relax the muscles of the prostate and bladders in order to make urination less painful or difficult. The drug is known to lower the blood pressure which may lead to dizziness, light-headedness or weakness. Other side effects like vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, dehydration, difficulty in breathing, irregular heartbeat and chest pain may also occur. The medicine may sometimes cause confusion and interfere with your analysing and information processing abilities. Therefore it is best to avoid stressful work or driving after taking this medicine. It is important also to not do heavy exercise and take adequate rest during the course of the treatment. You must stay off alcohol, smoking, tobacco and caffeine to prevent further health problems. Your pulse rate and blood pressure must be constantly monitored during the period of treatment. Any discomfort such as extremely fast or fluttering heartbeat, fainting or feeling like fainting must be reported to the doctor as soon as possible. You have to maintain the sufficient intake of salt and drink plenty of water.

      Taking terazosin with alcohol can lower blood pressure. This may cause dizziness, especially when getting up from a sitting or lying position.

      Vicard t 2mg tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
      Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
