My wife has a hbsag positive in blood, can she go through iui procedure due to infertility problem. Or if there is any problem in iui if there is a hbsag positive and also reports shows viral load is high and we are taking "tenofovir 500 mg" tab to cure hbseg.

Now My age is 33 and I have diagnosed with Hepatitis B in 2016 Feb with viral load as 576UI/ML and LFT normal. Doctor suggested no treatment. In 2017 Nov when I retested the viral load became 1.2 crore UI/ML with elevated values of ALT 191 and AST 98. Now doctor suggested to start TENOFOVIR DF 300 mg daily once, but afraid of long term usage of this medicine and decided to go for Homeopathy. After using homeopathy treatment for one year when retest in 2018 Dec My LFT became normal with ALT and AST normal values and liver elastography too normal but viral load increased to 2.1 crore UI/ML. Now Gastroenterologist is saying liver is in good condition but virus has doubled and it is not good. He suggesting to start use of TENOFOVIR AF 25 mg (new pro drug to TENOFOVIR DF) daily once. Kindly suggest me. Will the usage of TENOFOVIR AF 25 mg is safe or any better homeopathy options.

Tenofovir is anytime better option than doing homeopathy treatment. Please listen to your gastroenterologist and do as he says. Tenofovir AF has better safety profile.

The paranoid delusions which you describe can be due to the illness itself or medications (rarely). By dictum delusions cannot be argued with and overcome, it has to be treated with medications to gradually reduce the paranoia. Consult a psychiatrist for remedy. Good luck.

In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds. The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols. The hiv status was not known and the condom broke while having sex. So a private clinic doc said ti go for pep (raltegravir+ ricovir) loss around 3-4 kgs of weight and also getting tested for other stis. Went to a govt hospital and told him everything doc made me do a hiv test at 4 day of having sex and asked for follow-up test after a month and told me toh stop taking pep the reports came in negative (i know it can't be conclusive. So I went to other govt hospital and explained him everything where he took a look at my genital saying everything is okay he also told me to stop with pep and did a vdrl test. I'm getting tested for herpes and other sti as for now. My main concern is should I stop pep. I'm 22 m.
