If she is suffering from the hiv then definitely has a risk of tranmission of hiv. If she is not suffering then definitely not. If you r not sure and she is not known to you you can take medicines to prevent hiv. Tablets tenofovir and emtricitabine when taken consistently, it reduces the risk of hiv infection in people who are at high risk by up to 92%. You can do the test after 3 months of act and if still not sure then repeat again after 3 months.

Post-exposure prophylaxis (pep) is a medication that can be taken after a potential exposure to hiv to reduce the risk of infection. The medication is most effective when taken as soon as possible after the exposure, ideally within 72 hours.
The medication you mentioned, "traffic" is a combination of two drugs, tenofovir and emtricitabine, which are commonly used for pep. These medications are generally well-tolerated and can be effective in preventing hiv transmission when taken correctly.

Side effects- could b a possibility.
It would be good if you please consult in pvt an hiv specialist to guide you well before its too late.more
