Hello. The cream you have mentioned is a steroid cream which we advice not to be used for a prolonged time, definitely not for years long. Please consult a skin specialist on discontinuing it and avoid any forther side effects or withdrawal symptoms.

Hello tab resticlin is used after having food and do not stop the tablet before it's course. Kindly stop using the zincoderm cream as soon as possible! it's a steroid and it can reduce the strength of the skin (atrophy) as well as other side effects. Have a great year ahead!

Lobate gm or clonate: both contain superpotent topical steroid - clobetasol propionate 0.05 percent, unsupervised application of which will lead to atrophy (skin thinning) which is a permanent side effect. Alopecia areata is a relapsing, remitting disease. For proper treatment, and prevention of relapses some oral medications can be started. I would advise you to consult a qualified dermatologist in person who can guide you best treatment after proper evaluation.
