You are advised to go to district or taluk hospital near you and meet the doctor who is in charge of prevention and treatment of aids etc-as per their advice only --you have to take any preventive drugs against aids or hepatitis b---they will hav eknowledge of latest government policy on this matter and latest research outputs and free medicines to give to all people---if needed.

It seems there is somebody trying to misguide u. And this is happening a lot. Some doctors are charging between 20000 to 50000 for pep. There is no role of q10 and kumrin.
If risk is minimal even raltegravir is not required.
