As its negative at 6 months of exposure you are negative for hiv. (at 90 days after suspected exposure the seroconversion combo test is conclusive). The same is valid for other stis.

The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols.
