It seems there is somebody trying to misguide u. And this is happening a lot. Some doctors are charging between 20000 to 50000 for pep. There is no role of q10 and kumrin.
If risk is minimal even raltegravir is not required.

I'm 30 year old male and I am taking pep drug like tavin em and one of the common side effect is vomiting and i'm feeling vomiting sensation what should I do now? My doctor advised me to take pantop d and I have to take it daily once or twice and before food or after food. Please help me out doctor. And one more question is pep is necessary to take even when there is a low risk of hiv transmission? When should I go for testing for hiv?

Hi I have started pep for unprotected sex after 56 hours of exposure. Will it prevent hiv? After taking pep I had regular loose motions and felt weak and nausea. Are these side effects of pep? I am taking kaletra and tenvir.

Now My age is 33 and I have diagnosed with Hepatitis B in 2016 Feb with viral load as 576UI/ML and LFT normal. Doctor suggested no treatment. In 2017 Nov when I retested the viral load became 1.2 crore UI/ML with elevated values of ALT 191 and AST 98. Now doctor suggested to start TENOFOVIR DF 300 mg daily once, but afraid of long term usage of this medicine and decided to go for Homeopathy. After using homeopathy treatment for one year when retest in 2018 Dec My LFT became normal with ALT and AST normal values and liver elastography too normal but viral load increased to 2.1 crore UI/ML. Now Gastroenterologist is saying liver is in good condition but virus has doubled and it is not good. He suggesting to start use of TENOFOVIR AF 25 mg (new pro drug to TENOFOVIR DF) daily once. Kindly suggest me. Will the usage of TENOFOVIR AF 25 mg is safe or any better homeopathy options.

Tenofovir is anytime better option than doing homeopathy treatment. Please listen to your gastroenterologist and do as he says. Tenofovir AF has better safety profile.
