Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
after stopping steroids it takes about 30-4 weeks for sugars to normalize. If this has not happened you need to adjust you diet medication and exercise to wquickly get the sugars under control. You can take an online consultation and we wil be able to help you. In the meantime focus ondiet - go on a very low carbohydrate high protein diet with lot of vegetables and exercise for about 1 hour per day
