You should take bryonia and belladona 30 two drops each medicine mixed in water four times a day for two day. Drink boiled water two times a day and drink turmeric milk boiled with sufpgar and ghee daily at night for three days.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and I will suggest you to eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

R those dots are increasing or spreading more? then you need to consult any dermatologist once to exude the reason.
Take b-vitamin daily in the form of food/sprouts, egg, dal, etc. N also as from external source like supplements directly for time being to observe. If it's due to deficiency, then those will go away.
