Use sunscreen lotion of spf 15-30 when you go out in sun.

R those dots are increasing or spreading more? then you need to consult any dermatologist once to exude the reason.
Take b-vitamin daily in the form of food/sprouts, egg, dal, etc. N also as from external source like supplements directly for time being to observe. If it's due to deficiency, then those will go away.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
Do hot fomantation.
