You can take tab glycomet 500 mg one tablet in the night after dinner to control your fasting. Actually your hba1c is quite normal. It is only fasting hyperglycaemia is the problem. It should get controlled with glycomet only. Further if you tighten your diet, you can gradually stop glycomet as well.

Your glucose levels mentioned are showing good control. Even HbA1c% is also very good. Please continue the same treatment and lifestyle. As regards BP which is quite low, so you may stop the drug Losartan50 mg for a few days. Keep monitoring the BP regularly. Only when it goes above normal then you may consider taking the medication.
