Well. Contiflo contains tamsulosin an alpha blocker. It is used routinely for benign hyperplasia of prostate. It has a role in lower ureteric stones and ureterovesical junction stones as it helps to evacuate them. However in a kidney stone it does not have much role. Your stone size is very small. Take lots of fluids and exercise. You can try cystone tabs. However I don't think contiflo has much role in kidney stones as such. Regards.

I think your having chronic uti or urinary tract infection, so you need proper treatment, first of all take plenty of water, take alkasol ,and if you wants to cure your problem permanently you need proper homoeopathic treatment, soo you can contact me through Lybrate in private consultation.

Mr.C.P Poddar, since your work profile does not permit you for any kind of exercise you can do certain stretches while you are working at your table. They are easily available online as well as take frequent breaks from your desk and walk around in the office premise itself.

Also ensure you do not consume heavy meals at one go. Consume 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hrs and munch on light snacks in between meals.

Hi sir, I experienced severe pain in the right side lower abdominal pain in 29th oct. The pain started with burning sensation in penis and rose up to navel and then traveling in right abdominal area. Then I again experienced the same in 9th nov and 17 nov. And finally did a ultrasonography which said i've a 4.8 mm stone in the distal part of right ureter. The pain was severe and I had to take spasmodart. Also my friend who had a similar case, was prescribed tamfil s (deflazacort 30 mg) and hence at night I took 1 tamfil s. Next morning I went to consult an urologist. He prescribed me 1) geristart (tamsulosin 0.4 mg) and 2) cortimax (deflazacort 6 mg) for two weeks. There was no pain right after I started taking these tablets. Also I didn't took any painkiller since there was no pain. I started drinking 3-4l water daily. It's been almost eight days. And since yesterday evening i've been experiencing mild pain in the left area just under my rib. It's not severe but mild and irritating. The pain isn't like before. I wondering what kind pain it could be. 1) since I took tamfil-s which has deflazacort 30 mg before taking cortimax which has deflazacort 6 mg only, will it affect me? Or has it affected me? 2) is the left sides under rib mild pain could be due that right sided stone?
