Mr. K r rao, if you want to have any other drug as a supportive medicine in addition to what you are taking, you may do so. To say you have good control of blood sugar, fasting should be closer to 100 mg and pp should be between 150 to 160 mg / 100 ml. And hba1c% about 6.8.

BP can rise due to pain medicine, alcohol, excess sugar in diet. Measure BP only ONCE EVERY MONTH, on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. Medicine should be increased if BP mostly above 140

If diastolic is always below 80 and systolic rises to 150 on most of the evenings then recheck after 15 minutes of rest. If still above 140 then add Tab. Amlong 2.5 in the evening around 6 pm.
As for your second question. All three drugs are almost same on action potency and lil different in side effects. So doesn't matter which one you take until your kidneys are fine.

1st you need to understand hypertension.
Blood pressure keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels.(bp sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai. Stress mein jyada aur rest mein kam hota hai ).
Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one. In stress it rises & while resting it decreases. If it is constantly higher then 130/80 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension.more
