As per your symptoms it might be viral origin I guess you will be alright another 2-3 days. Pls take plenty amount of water and minister your temperature properly. Long term use of paracetamol is not advisable

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and take cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days

No need of antibiotics..only continue taking tab Crocin thrice a day..along with well oral liquids n juice..u ll b fine.
