If bp is controlled, don't change medicines if not, betablockers group is safer as it protects the heart and brain from attack due to blocks in blood vessels besides medicines, reduce her salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water don't force any exercises. Simple walks are safest so is yoga and meditation.

Hello, High blood pressure should always be treated by Lifestyle modification first. Means if you reduce your body fat, if you eat proper fruits and vegetables, plus reduce your stress level and do some yoga, automatically blood pressure becomes normal. So, try it out instead of piling on medicines.
