I personally do not prefer tab telma d.as causes lowering of serum sodium level in long term. So change it with medications like telmisartan and cilnidipine. Sgot just borderline high. Don't worry about it. Do a usg whole abdomen if possible.

Dear user you want to know the right time for your medicines but in my opinion taking medicines is not a right decision. Currently you are facing a bit problem and you can handle it with some counseling sessions. You should not change bp tablet or reduce it without consulting your physician. It only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.

What's Kalyani's current Blood Pressure? If it's high she may take like that if she is unable to procure Telma H 80 (Telmesartan 80 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg)
Taking Telma H 40 (Telmesartan 40 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg) twice a day would mean she would be taking additional HCTZ 12.5 mg.
To remain at the same doses, it would be preferable to take Telma H 40 in the morning and Telma 40 (not - H) at night.

the above mentioned medicines are same formula but the telma cr is of double dose so half a tablet would be sufficient in case one does not procure in nearby pharmacy as an emergency and not to skip the dose.
but confirmation from the consultant is required.
