All medicines will have side effects. You need to be cautious to use thats it. Not to get fear regarding that. This group of hypertensive drugs has minimal side effects. If you have dry cough anytime after using this medicine for years. you can consult the doctor .other than that no need to worry about side effects.

Vanakam you do not need any medicines for curing bp, high bp is due to faulty diet ,poor lifestyle choices ,vitamin & mineral deficiencies. Medicines will never cure your high bp. It will only control high bp. If your Dr. spends less than half an hour with you he is not finding the root cause of your blood pressure. Provide details like your weight, nature of job, dietary habits, lifestyle, sleep ,stress ,and environmental toxins in your house. These factors are triggers for your high bp

Sir,
it is unlikely that your dizziness and headache are related to the drug. The first thing to do would be to check if your blood pressure is controlled. Maybe the dose needs to be adjusted. Also test blood sugar
other causes could be eye/ear problems.

Tadact 10 can be used by most patients like you. Ask your Dr. for prescription. Clopitab a75 is a very strong blood thinner. Check with a cardiologist whether it is necessary for you.
