You should be careful while taking tab telmikind, as it can cause high potassium level in the blood. So keep looking for high serum potassium level in the blood, if you happens to take telmikind. Make sure your wife eats low salt in the diet and achieves her 'dry weight' after dialysis. Your nephrologist would help you in setting up her 'dry weight" check the compliance of taking her blood pressure pills.

No you must continue it because your bp is just at the margin of what's acceptable, if you leave medicines it may get high again, take low salt diet, do regular morning or evening walks / light exercise daily, eat low fat diet, do some yoga and pranayam, sleep property.

I only understand that your body weight has reduced, but there is absolutely no mention about blood glucose control or current levels, HbA1c%, BP readings, what is the reduction in weight, diet pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile plus whether there are any other medical issues. Hi...
R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..

You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal passage 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night.
