Both are good choices. My preference is for telmisartan single drug treatment for young person
what other care are you taking for high bp? Tests, diet etc. Maybe take an online consult if you want more details and thorough opinion.

As far as you aren't consuming a diclofenac with atorvastatin and telmisartan, you are good. Carry out daily physio and if needed, wear a hard cervical collar for at least 4 to 8 hours a day. 90 percent of my patients do well with this regime.
Thanks.

It would be wise to continue taking the current medicine and go for regular health check up along with frequent BP monitoring. Let your doctor decide whether you require any change in medication / or the dosage of the current medicine needs to be changed. Please focus on healthy diet while avoiding junk food beverages. If you exercise every day ( to maintain fitness and ideal weight ) and learn some relaxation techniques then over the long run you may require less dosage of BP medicine.

Tremors have got nothing to do with it. Though tremors are associated with neurological disorders, they can as well be either physiological or because of some little known causes. Simply a sleep deprivation can give rise to tremors. Alcohol consumption or caffeine overdose can give rise to tremors. Vit B12, B1 deficiency also causes tremors. After ruling out these simple causes if you still persist having tremors then you will have to go in for neurological evaluation.

Hello-
you are safe. The antibodies start appearing from 1-2 weeks and we are able to diagnose it from 21 -28 days. And in antibody test or tridot test after 28 days. Even though the test is negative you must repeat the tridot test after 90 days and finally after 6 months which is conclusive.
