Dear Lybrate user, you have to undergo FNAC of enlarged lymph nodes to confirm the diagnosis.
If TB is proved it would be better to add Injectable drug along with usual ATT.

Treatment for LN TB is for 6 months in most cases. Isoniazid a good anti TB drugs and should have been given.

Some time tough to treat ln tb. Better get remove the ln and necrotic tissue by surgery. Have second opinion of respiratory physician of your area. Was she put on effective att as per weight.

Your symptoms and normal lab results suggest that you may be over-stressed. You should ensure adequate sleep. Avoid too much of computer or smartphone or anything that strains your mind. Do regular Yoga / meditation. Gradually you should get back to normal healthy feeling.

Fasting: greater than 95 mg/dL
1 hour: greater than 180 mg/dL
2 hour: greater than 155 mg/dL
