I am diabetic for 32 years. Hypertensive for 20 years. I am controlling this with allopathic medicines. Now my bp is high. Taking bisonext 2.5 and telsartan ln morning and evening. Can I take divya mukta vati with these medicines.

However about diabetes same days results are as follows: early in the morning - 80-90 2 hours later b/f - >200 2 hours later lunch - 150-165 in the eve after 3/4 hour walking - 78-88 2 hours later dinner - >200 are any changes are required to control the sugar after b/f and dinner? If you observe your sugars correctly, post breakfast and post dinner blood sugars are high. Can you do some dietary modifications by cut down carbohydrates from your diet first in breakfast and dinner like reducing half chapati or bhakri from it. Stop sugars completely. Keep on checking your blood sugars. I hope it will come down and may be you can reduce your tablets as well in future.

Hello sir, My dad is 64 years old. He suffers from type 2 diabetes and hypertension. He takes Olmax LN 40 containing olmesartan 40 mg and cilnidipine 10 mg for HTN. He also takes an antiplatelet drug Clopilet A 75 (containing Aspirin 75 mg and Clopidogrel 75 mg) and a statin Lipigo 5 mg (containing rosuvastatin 5 mg). 1.Can he take omega 3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA 500 mg daily? Omega 3 fatty acids have been found to be very useful in reducing synthesis of prostaglandin series 2 molecules and thus are anti inflammatory. Thus is also good for cardiovascular and joint health. The American Heart Association (AHA) also recommends consumption of upto 1000 mg of EPA+DHA for heart health daily.

Hi, History of tb with reactive cervical lymphadenitis @age of 9 yrs-completed full ATT that time. Chicken pox preceded by URTI 2 months ago-cervical lymph nodes just below ear between mastoid and mandible angle groove were enlarged at that time. Completed 5 days valacyclovir 1 gm TDS and cefixime 200 BD. LN were almost same size for a week. Then I stopped palpating. 40 days after this-i felt LN small grape sized bilaterally at same site. Which enlarged to 2 cm diameter at present (60 days after chickenpox). NO SYMPTOMS/NO PAIN/NO FATIGUE/NO FEVER. Usg LN showed no necrosis &size 1.88 cm×0.68 cm As per Lybrate Consultation-its not TB as no symptoms, not cancer bcoz acute presentation: Started these before 5 days=AMOXYCLAV625BD & diclofenac50+pcm 325+serratiopeptidase 10 BD for 3 days. I actually CHEWED tablets. So enteric coating damage may have resulted ineffective treatment. What to do? Maybe I am exposed to TB be I work in government hospital. Is it possible that delayed RE-ENLARGEMENT after chickenpox. Afraid of painful fnac. Will cbc/esr/crp diagnose/rule out tb and find the cause?

By chewing the tablet it will not lose its effect. If there are no symptoms you need not worry about TB and do a Mx test and blood count and sputum AFB examination to make sure and reduce your fear.

Dear Sir, Greetings of the day, I am 54 and had been suffering from hypothyroidism, which is now in the normal limits, but l am on a maintenance doze of 50 mcg, my present and the only problem is that after taking a long sleep l continue feel sleepy and fatigue through out the whole day, ln the previous session one of your homoeopath had advised me to take Graphites-30, whose symptoms matched me 100%and l started taking it, but could not get rid of the fatigue, kindly advise me what should I do further, Thanks and regards.

Do symptomless lymph node TB need INJECTABLE drug in a pt with history of lung tb with reactive LN hyperplasia at age of 9 years (14 years ago) with completed AKT at that time? Do Asymptomatic lymph node tb means ATYPICAL mycobacteria? And do ATYPICAL mycobacteria in previously treated for Mycobacterium TB needs injectable this time? Need some serious help and explanation.

If mycobacterium positive we should first rule out whether it is MDR tb or not and if it is found to be MDR than injectable needs to be given on a daily basis after clinical examination
